Honouring the wonderful men of our school

All the little ones of our school had a fun filled hour of treasure hunting with their special dads on June 6, 2014. The non-competitive event had all the dads and their children seeking simple answers on our streets. Questions ranged from finding a book beginning with “s” to noting down the phone number of the nearby church to finding out how long one can park in front of a certain building. While it was fun for the children, it also gave them the opportunity to pay attention to various signs and seek answers. A few questions involved them asking a third person for answers such as how much a medium coffee costs at the library cafeteria.

It was followed by a short snack break for all our guests and their children. All in all, it turned to be a great day and even the weather gods were merciful with just the perfect weather.
